Dear ORRA, Thank you for a smooth purchase of 11 lacs. The store is amazing in ambience, and the staff is highly professional. I would especially like to mention that Mr Riaz ( area business manager ) is one of the best Diamond ORRA has not for sale. I had a grievance, and the way he had handled the issue,i must say, very sensibly and matured. One reason that I'm going to be a loyal ORRA client is always . It's very important for any organization, especially brands like ORRA, to invest and have such amazing staff who are essential for expansion and retention of brand value. Mr Mohammed Ghouse had also put amazing effort in explaining to us every single details and I appreciate the integrity Riaz and Gause had to show. Time and again I would surely make more purchases for the amazing quality of product and Mr Riaz. Thank you for the quality time and patience and, of course, product. You guys know how to deal with your customer.

Very amazing designs and the sales service person is very sweet and had very good knowledge about the designs and products. They also cut cake for my brother as it is his birthday (Rahimul - it was an amazing service)

I am quite flabbergasted disappointed and irritated with the experience I had shopping with Orra. I bought a ring, from Orra showroom at Hyderabad, sarath city mall on 21st April. After payment, I was told the bill and certificate will be sent via whatsapp to my number as they were going through technical issues. I trusted your management and came home. I waited since then for my receipt. I called the store thrice on Saturday to remind of the receipt and diamond certificate. I was told ever time that I will be sent within few minutes. The few minutes did not seem to occur till now. It's 25th April, I am still waiting for my Diamond purchase certificate and a receipt for the amount I paid. I visited online website and saw the same ring for 42k. I paid 52k without receipt. I would definitely need an answer and reasoning for not given a proper receipt for my purchase. I really trusted you guys over caratlane and other leading brands, however, after this level of integrity I do not feel I am coming back. I have called so many number of times at the store till now and now the store has stopped receiving my phone call. I, hereby, am attaching the proof of my purchase and I would expect a resolution of my issue. If not, I would like to return your product and get my money back if you are unable to give a proper diamond certificate as promised before the purchase. The mail I received after continuous pestering, Is some random name with a random receipt. I have forwarded all the related photos and description even after that they have the audacity to just mail someone else's receipt randomly. The salesperson's name was Abdul. I am moving forward to consumer forum for assistance, as the store did not receive calls, neither their customer service. Horrible buying experience.
