My go to stores for fine designs and diamond jewelry in Hyderabad. The customer service is stellar and they take time to go through a variety of designs plus walk you through all the ongoing and current offers.
I have bought a lot of pieces over the years which is a value for my money and also received many compliments on my choice.

Never ever buy anything from this store.... Never had such a bad experience from any jewellery store... firstly they will have very very low collection and on top of it they quote almost 10000 more difference of price on the same product seen in another Orra store and if we want to exchange anything from the same store we bought they ask us to come back after 15 days just for the exchange price to reflect on system..... worst worst worst don't even deserve 1 star

Worst experience.
Bought a ring in September. They were supposed to reduce size. After delivery, diamond comes out after wearing for 10 mins.
Why was quality check not done. Gave it back for repair. It's more than 2 months, they are still repairing. Got a call saying hallmark got removed this time. How can i trust on such defective and inauspicious ring now?????
I m not taking back this ring. REFUND MY MONEY!!! Keep your unauspicious ring with you now. ORRA spoilt our festival and then wants to deliver their defective product
They give all wrong commitments on the schemes and made us to pay and enroll in the schemes and while buying the product they say it's not eligible in offers....Don't believe these people and enrol for such schemes.
