Their professionalism, combined with their genuine passion for jewellery, ensured that my shopping experience was both educational and delightful. However, my experience took a turn when it came to the billing department. The process was unexpectedly slow, and there were moments of clear miscommunication which led to confusion regarding the final invoice. An establishment as reputed as Orra should have a streamlined billing process to match the caliber of its sales consultants. This part of my experience was quite out of sync with the otherwise high standard of service. In summary, while Sandeep and Pradnya have my wholehearted recommendation for anyone looking to make a purchase at Orra, I hope the store management takes note of the inefficiencies in the billing department.
