Good collection and good customer service by Mala. Bought a ring from here, they provided complementary theft/lost insurance for 1 year. One issue with them is that they don't provide you price breakup before or after buying the ring. You need to manually calculate making charges which might be tricky.

Had a beautiful experience of buying diamond jewellery with Mala R. (Asst Floor Mgr) at Orra Fine Jewellery store, Rukmani colony. I just went to purchase a ring for my mom. Ended up by buying an exquisite diamond necklace set for myself! It was on offer under the category of magical price! Mala could quickly relate to my tastes and brought these jewellery sets that I couldn't resist. Thank you Orra for making my day! This will be treasured!

Shalini and Saradha were so helpful in getting us the best design in diamond. I visited atleast 8 stores before them but nothing like their collection. From originality, prices, clarity, shine, cuts, beauty and more. I had planned to pick my ring and I ended buying two rings and a pair of diamond earings. Highly recommend.

Be ultra cautious while purchasing from ORRA The staff mis-sells just for the sake of their sale They promise moons and stars but their policies are just not customer friendly My last time to purchase diamond jewellery from these high end stores Editing the review again on 26/11/2023 Post the earlier review, One Ms. Mala from the store called up and requested us to come to the store to get the matter sorted out. She followed up multiple times and on 25/11/2023 my wife had been to the store. They promised to get the jewelry exchanged, But due to some reason they mentioned the jewelry is not getting billed and promised to deliver on monday at our residence. Today my wife had been to the store and after spending almost an hour they mentioned they have not got approval from their seniors hence the new jewelry cannot be given at the price promised. She and her manager Mr. Ram then tried justifying their company policy, Its only after an argument at the store they tried to solve the problem. It's an lesson learnt for us, The Indian jewelers are better than these international brands.
