My experience with Ornaz has been AMAZINGGG. I saw a post on Insta like 2 years back and I liked all designs and I wanted to have my engagement ring from Ornaz so I told my Fiance that I want a ring from here. Suryansh was assigned to me for assistance and he helped me out throughout the whole process. I just received my ring yesterday and I fell in love with that. Even the delivery process went really smooth. Highly recommended!

I just want to share my experience with ornaz as it was absolutely wonderful! I was following them on Instagram and was quite convinced to but engagement rings from there only as I stay in Delhi and it was convenient for me to even visit their store. So I got in touch with Suryansh regarding the same and he explained me everything very patiently. He helped me with choosing the perfect design and even sent samples. I wasn't aware that everything will be so convenient. I even requested him to deliver the ring little early as we had to leave Delhi in a week and he did the needful. Quality of ring is just as amazing as there service because my fiance ring got little tight and it was not comfortable for him after few days so suryansh only advised me that they will get it picked and resize it accordingly! I even engraved our rings. It was a wonderful experience and I have already become there loyal customer. Will definitely come back again.

I can only say I was lucky to be in touch with Nishi Arya from Ornaz. I will always call her Awesome throughout my life for the amount of effort she has done to make my day special. All kudos to Ornaz and Nishi Arya for the wonderful experience and awesome product. They delivered the Mangalsutra at 10:30 PM in night just to make sure my surprise doesn't get ruined. Posting bit late but wanted to thank Ornaz for this beautiful ring. My journey with Ornaz started 2 yrs. back. As everyone knows who doesn't want to owe a diamond, and when you plan to gift yourself then you want the best. With multiple changes in design Harsh (from Ornaz team) never got annoyed and always supported. And finally after two yrs. I finalized a design by combining multiple requirements and Harsh made it possible for me. I was delighted to know that the ring I designed became one of the most popular design of Ornaz.
