Visited this property during monsoons. Will not recommend anyone. Hospitality is very poor, basic amenities also we need to ask the attendant at the place. Also, went around 3-4 circles to find the place. Did not like the experience at all. Room offered was on the ground floor, and was very basic, small room. Was getting damp smell and damp vibes from the room. The owner needs to put some extra time at this property to revamp it and not let everything alone on the attendant there at the place.

Awesome place to stay. The rooms are clean, big and well ventilated. The property is situated in a very calm locality with lots of Greenery around... There is Mauji cafe at literally just 2 mins walking from property. The best part of the property is the caretakers.. they cook awesome food.. you will never miss home food here... If u are travelling to Pune and looking for a stay in or around Shivajinagar, this place is THE place to go ..
It is a good place to stay. It is situated near Bhosale nagar. Place is surrounded with trees, nice and quiet place to relax after the busy schedule. Rooms are clean, has Wifi food can be ordered from outside as well as it will be prepared in house on order. Charges extra. Laundry service is also available.
The place is a little on the cheaper side for sure but it's not a full fledged hotel. It is someones bungalow who has rented out rooms to individuals. The caretaker is a nice person but you would certainly miss the professionalism in the work. The food is blant so rather avoid it and eat from outside. Overall pretty mediocre place. Just go there if you are short on funds and need to.crash somewhere for a day or two.
