Before few days Visited with our family the quality of room not as per my choice and also food quality was poor , Also I m suggested to all family member not to visit over there , money is wastage
Food was not good just ok type, room service was very bad and they had very limited staff. Plz don't think for any kind of parties over there.
One of the worst service and hotel experience i have ever experienced. Naam ka srf ye resort hai loog khule me bythe ke drink krte hai or gali glauch krte hai or kisi ko complain kro to no one will take the responsibility. 3rd grade place please don't go with your family.
The hotel is situated on the Deoghar-Dumka road. Rooms are big and well maintained with beautiful bathroom. The bathrooms have geysers. It's to be mentioned that the rooms have AC. There is a LED TV in every room. Phone call service and extra cot service is available. There is good dormitory room for drivers if you go by car. The main thing about this hotel is the view from the window. Just beautiful. The whole range of Trikut parvat, seems very nearby. There is a good swimming pool inside the premises of the hotel with water temperature control facility. The swimming pool is divided for children and adults. One can enjoy pool side activities as wooden beach easy-chairs are there beside the pool and many more. Inside parking is available if you stay in the hotel. There's also a good size lawn beside the pool. The hotel provides inhouse dining facility with very good food quality. All the staffs are very work-efficient. It is to be mentioned that if you stay in this hotel, you'll get a complimentary breakfast within 9:00- 9:45 a.m. in the dining hall.
If you are planning to take privileged membership of this resort.. then there a big NO.. Because it's a clear trap to attract customers... The staffs are not trained and aware about the membership plan ... They just say ' ye to hmlog bas customers ko bulane ke liye dete hai'... And if it comes to food ... Thts really expensive..
Location is good The rooms are good and the interior is good but at that price I think this is not worth it
Nice place away from the city chaos. They have tried to include a resort like facilities in a limited space. Besides a play area for kids, they have a park and a swimming pool too, though very small. Still the only one nearby with such facilities.
IT WAS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME TO STAY IN HIS HOTEL... FOOD QUALITY IS VERY BAD AND ALSO STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD .ALL STAFFS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO ASSIST GUESTS.
