I recently visited OrnaSkin Hair Care Center with high hopes of receiving quality care for my hair concerns. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. I encountered two significant problems that need immediate attention: the rude behavior of the staff and the unreasonably long waiting time. First and foremost, the attitude of the hospital staff was completely unprofessional. From the moment I entered, I was met with coldness and indifference. The receptionist was dismissive and seemed more interested in her personal phone conversation than assisting me. The lack of basic courtesy and empathy left a lasting negative impression. Furthermore, the waiting time at Hair Care Hospital was beyond acceptable limits. Despite having an appointment, I had to endure an extensive delay, stretching well beyond what I was initially informed. The waiting area was overcrowded, uncomfortable, and lacked any form of entertainment or communication regarding the delays. This lack of transparency and disregard for the patients' time is unacceptable. While I understand that delays can occur in a busy hospital, it is essential for Hair Care Hospital to manage their appointments and communicate any changes promptly. Patients should not be kept waiting for hours without any explanation or updates. Overall, my experience at OrnaSkin Hair Care Center was marked by rude behavior from the staff and an unacceptably long waiting time. I expected professionalism, empathy, and efficient service, but unfortunately, these expectations were not met. I sincerely hope that the hospital administration takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to enhance the patient experience.
