Pathetic maintenance, No landline pone Wifi not working and Electric wires are hanging near bed Reception boy (Arjun) age seems to be 15-16; who don't know how to talk and behave with customer we have corporate booking with this stupid service apartment They have given room 502 (Fifth floor), when we went there not cleaned , then second time they shifted B001 - wifi was not connecting and unfortunately there' is no landline phone When I walked to reception and told about wifi and landline phone ; they sent landline phone but there is no connection point finally they shifted to fist floor (102); there are also Wifi is not working SITUATION IS REALLY PATHETIC When we have told the situation at reception Stupid fellow Arjun saying adjust to face the hotel at that night WHERE IS THE BASIC HOSPITALITY ? paying 200/night also not worthy for family this hotel is not all suitable as lot of safety issue Regarding brackfast it is better not to speak Overall I can say this one worst hotel/ service apartment in entire Mumbai
Absolutely disgusting are the only words that come to mind. They have kids staying and are using it as a hostel. Have some fear of God.
It is ok for short stay.. rooms were clean, bathroom was clean and ok. the sudio rooms are very small for this price of 5k per night.. but we don't have many options around this area..
Very bare-bones and old unmaintained property. You get a room with AC and wifi and one water bottle per day. The rooms have a small fridge, and an ironing table. Unlike a regular service apartment, there is nothing to heat food - no electric kettle, no microwave. Gym is unusable, average food, bathrooms are like just usable. Very average considering the price charged. Better to go for regular 3/4 star hotels at this price point.
Not the best service that they can provide poor room quality average infrastructure
Rooms are in very bad condition. Doors locks were not working. Windows didn't have curtains. Very pathetic experience. The person incharge was not even listening to complaints. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
It is very old and location is also offbit. Breakfast is worse. Rooms are good. And they don't have in house food services.
Nice place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool wasn't working as shown in photo. There is a gym with basic equipments. Water bottles are overpriced and you get one per day per head. Good and affordable stay in. Mumbai
