Budget ( not special but decent ) rooms with sea view. Very near to kovalam lighthouse ( which will be open to visit after 10 am mrng) No food provided. Restaurants nearby are very costly compared to City price.

The rooms are basic, with huge balcony that opens up to the sea. They don't have a in-house restaurant but you'll get a lot of options nearby. The location is it's best bet - on the beach. The staff is friendly and helps you find parking and urgent necessities.
Want to enjoy some budgeted sea view king size room, then can opt for this. A queen size bed plus one Xtra bed. Spacious room with sea view from balcony. The owner named George is cordial, he guides you with necessary information in and around places. Pros: on light house sea beach. The beach is just at your door step. Enjoy the view from balcony. Room size. The book collection. Easily can walk to auto stand or ask someone at frontdesk to support you to board an auto or taxi. Improvements: the door handles and locks can be improved. There is no lift, of course you don't need here. The corridor lights. The AC plug point was open wire and reachable for kid. RO water supply instead of bottled water. The bathroom bulb needs change. The balcony height can be elevated.
Only thing that disappointed me the most was the car parking.since sea side car parking was at some other location.not too far.still it was inconvenient with many luggage. I would still opt this Hotel if I ever go to vizhinjam. View was excellent. Beach reachability was excellent. Staffs were very good. AC Room was pretty big. Would prefer bit more cleanliness with the bathrooms.
Got a room with a balcony facing towards the beach. A normal room with a splendid view. Rooms can be improved a lot. The person in charge is very friendly and deals with everyone well. Don't think much, the best part is the location. Go, stay and explore.
This hotel is nicely located I spend 2 day here with my family and the owner is so humble and helpful .There is no Room service even u have to arrange drinking water for yourself . They arrange early morning shared taxi to airport for me at reasonable fare. Its sea facing room have balcony were u can see the beach and even from your room lighthouse is visible. Its location gives u a special views and touch with beach.
