It is worst hospital... On serius petient doctor wattamwar treat from phone at night.. not get fast treatment even petient needs it.. arrogent dr.. once we admit our petient, then they own don't do fast treatment and also not leave the petient for another hospital. Doctor treats petient relatives like very light (treats like hlktt )... They don't have value of someone's life...buisness for money collection only...
As its name says it's really a super speciality hospital . You get all treatment under one roof. Mainly Neuro, Cardio, General, Dental & Accident cases handling is the mastery of staff. Well organised staff with equipped OT & Rooms. Certified 2-D eco, CT Scan, ECG & Path - Lab. Timing of OPD are from 13:00 to 18:00 for visiting patient. For hospitalised patients it's 24X7 On Sunday and Off days Doctors are available on call. Since it's Super Speciality Hospital cons are : 1. Always crowded 2. Staff get's sometimes frustrated & reflect in there behaviour. 3. Resecption is only think you as customer not like they are in noble profession. 4. Expensive in some cases : A. Surgeon & MD Specialist charges are 600 / visit. B. Test are expensive related to outside C. Room & ICU charges are heavy. 5. Parking problem always there.
Best hospital for Neuro treatments in Marathwada and around. Wattamwar sir has been a great support for my family during my father's treatment. He is methodical and patient about the medical procedures. He also consulted several other experts to make sure we have best plan in place. Most of the supporting staff is knowledgeable and caring. Few things hospital can improve is canteen, seating arrangement for relatives outside ICU, parking, etc.
Casualty and CCU staff is very co-operative and good. Overall the hospital is very good except for the canteen which is pathetic. Broken chairs, inadequate shelter to protect customers from rains and very poor canteen service. Request management to immediately look into this aspect. It spoils the image of hospital.
My father is admitted here, he got severe heart attack, this hospital gives him new life, Doctors & Nurses staff is very efficient.
Likes - Treatment given by Doctors is highly satisfactory. Good staff and available for any support. Dislikes- There is no facility to stay in hospital for relatives when patient is in ICU/CCU/Recovery room. Washroom and changing room facility is not available for Patient relatives who stays there. Poor hygiene condition of toilets area from many years. No canteen/ Cafeteria facility for patients and their relatives. Since many of the patients came from other cities for medical treatment. Please take it in positive manner and try to improve in this areas.
Oh my God.....what just happened in last 5days...was a pathetic period..Travelling from Ahmedabad to Aurangabad and when I reached I felt illness and I rushed to the Orion city centre hospital for consultancy. There I found Doctor Mr.Wattamwar(Really God for me) who taken my case. I underwent with various treatment under his supervision. The way Dr.Wattamwar speak, can cure the diseases. The physiotherapists are well behaviour and very helpful. The Nurses, they are the dedicated angel towards their service to mankind and housekeeping staff are really good and appreciated. No patient wants to visit the hospital again; even me. Dear Dr.Wattamwar sir, please keep up the good work and save the life...I feel nervous because I need to travel to Ahmedabad followed by my home town Bhubaneswar...what I can remember is Dr. Sir's polite words and his curable service....I am nothing to bless you as you are the blessings to all...but I pray to god, almighty will bless you all the time .. Hated the hospital, the staff, the doctor are discussingly rude. They only are after money. No proper parking, one has to walk half a kilometre after parking the car. Overall pathetic experience, pathetic doctor and staff. Avoid the hospital search for a decent one.
