BEWARE!!!!!! Do not go on the reviews and ratings. The property is very old and needs renovation. The washrooms were dirty . Not recommended for families. The sanitary ware needs a renovation. Hot water was available only in one out of three rooms. The floor wasn't cleaned well. We had booked the property for four days but vacated it the next day and shifted elsewhere.The only plus point is location. Car parking facility available. The rooms are spacious.

I think the rooms were not being managed with utmost care because the towels , bathroom , sheets were not cleaned properly. But when it comes to service provided by the staff and owner i would rate 5/5 coz they were very cooperative and understanding. I am glad just because of that. If i could , i would suggest a bit of remodeling of bathrooms should do the job and fridge should be replaced coz it was defrosting crazy fast without putting it into that mode.

WARNING: CAUTION ADVISED FOR THIS PROPERTY! Our experience at this property was highly disappointing. First and foremost, there was no hot water available for bathing. The toilet was in an appalling state, covered in stains and filth. To our shock, there were no toiletry items or even towels provided. Adding to our discomfort, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning. Despite adjusting the temperature to 28 degrees, it failed to change, maintaining a constant, uncomfortable temperature. The fan only had two settings--high and low, with no ability to adjust the speed. We questioned Subba Reddy about these issues, particularly the non-functional geyser, and were met with excuses and insincere explanations. When my partner fell ill due to the lack of temperature control from both the fan and AC, we were forced to endure a night without ventilation, leading to suffocation and discomfort. In the morning, we requested hot water and were told to use another room where no one was currently staying. This solution was impractical and unacceptable. I had to personally fetch hot water from the other room, highlighting the inconveniences we faced. The most concerning aspect of this property is its unsuitability for families. During our stay, we observed numerous individuals engaged in drinking and smoking in the common areas, both during the night and in the morning. This blatant disregard for safety and comfort makes it abundantly clear that this property is not family-friendly. In conclusion, our experience at this property was marred by a lack of basic amenities, maintenance issues, and a concerning atmosphere. We strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are traveling with your family.

Had a very bad experience while staying there... The caretaker was least bothered about anything... No water, AC was not in working condition, when you complain about anything they are very arrogant, Demanding extra money for everything...be careful guys.. They are sweet in talking until they receive money...then they will show their true colour.

Very nice apartment. Spacious and cozy rooms. The supporting staffs are very polite. I will book their room again when I go to Hyderabad

If you find vacancy, please book it! People stay here for months at a time so it's definitely an opportunity if available. I'm American and A/C is very important to me which they provided in the second floor rooms (all 3 bedrooms have A/C) and hot water shower heads. Washing machine provided and plenty of places to hang your clothes to dry indoors by the windows. Breakfast was provided in the mornings and they were willing to clean each day however I rejected so that I could sleep in longer with no problems. Security downstairs was very kind and always at our service. Very safe place located minutes from Hyderabad night life!
