Great place, great environment and above all helping trainers. Well equipped Gym with proper machinery for calisthenics.
First of all, I shifted from noida n was looking for personal trainer as I was gyming there with dedicated trainer with me. I approached the gym n enquired about PT and got referred to Ashwin who also boasted about his PT session. After paying fee for PT, I didn't find Mr. Ashwin to be a genuine personal. Trainer as he was not on time n twice with in a time period of 7 days, didn't turn up and instructed me on call about exercise.
On enquiring him, he said that trainee has to come each time to him for asking what exercise to be done. What a joke, then what's the difference between general training and PT. In PT, trainer is with trainee and guiding him. So I asked Ashwin to stop in just one week despite paying full fee
Now just waiting for month to be over n switch to other gym. This shows the highly unprofessional conduct or they simply don't understand what PT is.
Owner's behaviour is very good.
All kind of gym equipment are there whether for cardio or any other muscle specific excercise.
Last but most importantly they have some best trainers for personal training at minimal and affordable rate.
It's just been 20 days since I joined here and i can see the defrence in my self which is immense . trainers are really good and well trained, especially ajeet sir .If you are looking for a best gym in kanpur it would be best for you in affordable price overall ,the gym experience is amazing
