I recently had the opportunity to dine at Pride Plaza Aerocity, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The restaurant specializes in Awadhi cuisine, which is known for its rich flavors and delicate spices. The service of Shaan-e-Awadh Cuisine was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and well-versed with the menu. They were quick to take our orders and prompt in serving the dishes. The menu at Shaan-e-Awadh offered an extensive range of Awadhi dishes, including kebabs, biryanis, and curries. We started with the Galouti Kebabs, and they were simply outstanding. The kebabs were soft, melt-in-your-mouth, and perfectly seasoned. Next, we tried the Dum Biryani, which was fragrant and flavorful. The rice was cooked to perfection, and the meat was tender and succulent. The Biryani was served with raita, which complemented the dish beautifully. Overall, my experience for Shaan-e-Awadh Cuisine was fantastic. The food was exceptional, with authentic flavors and impeccable presentation. The service and ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a place worth visiting for anyone looking to indulge in Awadhi cuisine

Food variety is good but the taste is not at par compared to other similar offerings. That said the staff is good and well trained.
Had wonderful service here from the staff and delicious food. Highly recommend for anyone who plans to stay in aerocity and at Pride Plaza!
Oriental Spice is a specialty restaurant located at the ground floor of Pride Plaza Aerocity. The restaurant is serving Chinese and South East Asian cuisine. The food is authentic and tasty. The presentation of food is good. Service is good. The ambience and the interiors of the restaurant are good. The menu is vast and offers many options. All major credit cards are accepted. The restaurant is disabled friendly.
Pathetic service. Restaurant was not crowded at all and stiil we were served our food almost after 90 minutes of ordering the food. Had to go to kitchen and speak to the manager many times to get our food. Finally the food came, but wrong order was served and we had to wait further for the food ordered by us. The other customers in this restaurant also went thru the same bad service experience. However, the management was still clueless and were mixing the wrong orders /dishes.. We we so frustrated but then started laughing seeing the utter chaos and started calling it comedy of errors. on top of that, they were charging us service charge in our bill for the worst ever service experience we had. By the time, our orders were served, We were so hungry, and we finally ate whatever we were served and therefore can't give a proper /genuine feedback /review about the food quality. Would never go back again to this restaurant and would also not recommend anyone to visit oriental spice. If there was an option of scoring negative points, it would hv been (-) 5 * rating for this restaurant.
Had a great time at this great pan asian restaurant. Recently visited with few friends and the hotel was celebrating its 4th anniversary. It was made even more special as we enjoyed their new menu launch by chef Vikas Pant at their newly renovated pan asian cuisine restaurant at Oriental Spice! In starters we started with the hong kong style chicken wonton soup. It was so nice and light that we enjoyed it. Then it was the time for dumplings and we had some chicken, prawn dumplings which were quite authentic and well made. The beijing chicken is a must try too in the new menu. Next it was time for the crispy butter garlic prawns which were cooked well and were nice and crunchy. In main course we ordered kung pao chicken and prawns in chilly oyster sauce which went well with jasmine rice. We also tried the green thai curry with rice which was so delicious. In desserts we had crispy pineapple with ice cream which was perfect ending in a sweet note. A great ambience with great service staff makes the restaurant even more desirable. We were left craving for more and definitely will be back very soon. #trulyindian #purelypride #traditionallyluxurious
The staff was not at all courteous on 6th of August. Maybe due to the fact that I had booked the table through dineout. I had a 50% off on total bill and they were not ready to accept it. Later as it was the birthday of my wife, like any good restaurant of that league, they serve a cake as complimentary. They charged me for the cake too. Very disappointing
