Unlike old days, the staff are helpful and supportive. Hardly no rushes in at any time.
If you have any plans to take vehicle insurance from Oriental (especially this branch) think twice! One rude employee here thinks that customers are slaves and she behaves like Oriental offering free service!! There are multiple insurance companies out there who offers much better service. Oriental can plan proper behavioral training to your employees who think that they are still Feudal Lords in 15th century!

Employees are friendly.. payment modes should be improvised.. as i was forced to pay by cash.. since their card swipe machine was not working which happened twice..Had to climb all the way upto the 3rd floor.. The lift was not working as well.
