Worst experience i had in my life... For a motor inusure claim they so irresponsible ....they missed my bill from showroom and they are telling that its not their fault its fault....whenever i go to this office they are telling silly reasons and avoiding my insurance claim . I am getting rid of this office for the last 3 months. Now today 01 december 2020 , i went to complaint about my claim that i did not get my money ...but they are now telling that they could not tell anything because they have no internet connection for 3 days. What do i do?......the service is very worst than any other insurance company in kollla district.....so please friends dont take any insurance policy from Oriental insurance especially from kottarakkara , kerala

Worst Worst insurance company upto my knowledge. Staff doesn't know how to manage, especially in kottarakara branch. They doesn't consider the value of our time. If we approach here with any claim related issues, they will treat us very badly . Staff at the claim section told me to visit other branch which is at 25+ km distant from me, though i have this branch at a distance of 8 kms. They have their own created reasons for not issuing the cliams. If we approach here even for updating insurance , they will make us to wait for no reason, even though they are free. Please don't approach this branch . They will ruin your time, a day and mood

Located between Jubily Mandiram entrance and KIP Ravi Nagar. The office is fully computerised. Normally there is a waiting depending on the crowd.

they are much expensive than competing companies... you will get policy in less amount from the nearby public sector insurance companies (from my experience).So before taking a policy you can enquiry on 2 or 3 firms in same business..I was a 13 year customer of orintal ..now its time to rethink

The place is a bit laggy bt you'll get what u came for....Becz it's ur Money . And don't go there on their meal time...caz they love their food ---which makes them hate u.

Should have shown proper timings. Very unhelpful. Not give customer Respects after get policy I never see this types of Insurance company. I don't do suggest oriental

They do not put the proper timings. People come from far and wide only to find out their office timings are over. Btw who closes shop on a Saturday?

Need More improvement
