the receptionist staffs are manner less more than wrost. I reached into the hospital at 2 pm then requested for my friend jo wha as a nurse kaam karati hai, the recepationist staff told me free nahi baithi hoon yaha pe tumhare liye.and she was doing nothing simply eating some biscuit and cake. I was very depressed by this behavior after that i request her to call her my friend it's urgent , she started scolding me for this. I asked her mam this is the way of talking ? Doctors and medical facilities at Oriana Hospital is satisfying . But , medical shop is pathetic. They take almost 45 minutes to deliver each order and it is a real pain at this hospital. I urge management team to look into this and sort out.

My mother in law had both her knee replacement surgeries robotically. Doctor Amit Jaiswal and Rohit Agarwal were very helpful and explained everything very clearly. The nurses were good when we had concerns with her pain management. They kept a check periodically whenever we informed them. I have given 4 stars because the canteen is not managed well. If you ask for tea there is a high chance you may never receive it the same day. After her surgery she was given daal and khichri in the afternoon and the exact same was served for dinner, it was like the same was warmed and re served. A concern I had with the first surgery was that the cleaning staff and nurses took their time to respond when called, but it was better when we went for the second surgery.
