Oregano Resto Cafe - Eclectic restaurant in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

Sometimes the gem we seek is right in front of our eye... I went to this place with minimal expectations with another person as a treat. Finding the place was bit difficult since it took two passes through the same place for me to find it. Since the boards are not illuminated ...and the place is bit inside. When I reached there. I got a warm welcome by the waiter there and it was a pleasant surprise. He was a good person and his service was live and energetic. ( Fyi if you go there ..tip that guy ..). The food we ordered was a chicken sandwich (pic can be found below) and I will say it was worth it. Tasty and yummy and mildly warm food was a great. I have got coupon so I did got a discount there. But I could say it's little bit on the pricy side. The place was on warm light ... Music was playing in the background.. it was a pretty great time I had there. So if you are looking for a place that's not too crowded to hangout or to celebrate a small occasion like birthday day ...this place is the one.

A place with excellent ambience great food and courteous staff

Mosquitos inside the AC room. AC was not working. Hot n Sour soup was bland. Watermelon in Fruit salad had gone bad. And to top it all, it took a lot of time for the food to arrive. Only good thing was the waiter was always smiling and he gave discount on the fruit salad after we complained.

Nice ambience... Its 24hrs open and taste of food is also good.... Good attenders and compromising price.

worst fries i have tasted yet.. i ordered chilly cheese fries and they have literally put raw dried red chilles and they have put few drops of cheese for the sake of calling it cheese fries. This is a huge restaurant and this is what they serve.. fully disappointed.. shame on you guys.

Food was good but there is a lot of room for improvement. In cleanliness and service

Poor quality service.We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that time. It took more than one hour to reach the food on the table and the food was mediocre too. We can get better food in the other hotels. The chinese items are very costly compared to other hotels.However, the ambiance is okay. Never recommending this to anybody

The place looked shady & unclean 1of the most spicy soup on their continental menu is nothing but a lighter version of our own Rasam The staff were just OK OK kinds The place with seating arrangements for more than 24 people at a time has just 1 wash basin & 1restroom as common for both gents & ladies The prices are really exorbitant compared to the way it's made & served This was the first time, we were asked for card, when we paid in cash. Our bill was around 900/- & we paid a currency note of 2000/- & they didn't have change for the balance, it seems!!! Earnestly requesting not to even park your vehicle near this place, as the local stray dogs, pee on the wheels...
