Awesome food; little expensive price considering Shamli, quick service

The service is overall nice but they should try to serve the food fast. The taste is nice. Presentation is up to the mark. Overall a always a good visit.

My recent visit was very disappointing. The food tasted terrible and it's not what I remembered it to be. The staff seemed to have changed too, and they were not very cooperative. In fact, they seemed to be quite arrogant. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but it's not the same as it used to be. I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Unethical staff including manager and they don't understand the value the customer occasion. My parents were enjoying dinner over there, celebrating 50th birthday.I just convey them that I will make payment but do not tell them that I have make this payment. This will be surprise from my side to my parents. But they did not agree not manager.Even I am giving the payment in advance. Hospitality Industry is that place where family comes together and celebrate their feelings, happiness and emotions. There staff do not maintain the dignity of hospitality industry.Sorry to say, kindly improve the customer service and maintain the dignity of hotel. Very bad experience

The served food was cold, french fries were served in Chinese platter and the staff was so unprofessional also dining hall for customers and wedding guest was same which was so unpleasant.

A nice and clean with hygenic hotel and restaurant in Shamli....I like the food The taste is so good...
