The interiors at the restaurant were good but the way it was maintained was poor...unclean tables and dirty food crumbs on the floor.
The wash basin was filthy and leaking.

Worst food. Stale veg curry. Tandoori roti was not fluffy. Staff was not good. All the main course items has almost the same taste. Mocktails was worst. Raita had too much of sugar.
I had a PERFECT dining experience and yes the place deserves top rating for that!
The ambiance is excellent and the service was flawless. It is very much what you expect from a Fine Dine and The Hotel Daftari Palace leads the way here.
We ordered:
Salad (Mixed Green with poach pears, walnut, crispy garlic and gorgonzola vinaigrette) - It was superb. Excellent way to start the meal.
Soup (Bell Pepper with Barley) - Definitely one of the best soups, I've ever tasted. All ingredients in perfect proportion and the barley bits were just fabulous.
Dessert - Brilliantly made sweet dishes to end the perfect meal.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. The waiters were spot on the job and the waiting time between courses was perfect. The meals themselves were exemplary and I can't remember when was the last time I left a place in such awe. I highly recommend dropping by, if you crave for perfection.

I am in love with the Dal makhani.. its so creamy and delicious in taste which is hard to get over with it. Ambiance, food and the aroma of this place is magical and you will surely fall in love with this place.. once in a while you should pamper yourself with this kind of luxury.
