My recent experience at Orchid Hospital left me deeply disappointed and concerned. When my wife sought treatment for a common cold and cough, the untrained staff's attempts to draw blood were not only excruciating but also distressing. Their lack of expertise in this basic medical procedure was evident, and it raised serious doubts about the quality of care. Furthermore, their insistence on unnecessary tests like X-rays and a full-body checkup only added to our frustration. It became apparent that the hospital's primary focus was on profit rather than the well-being of patients. Given the painful and frightening experience with the blood draw, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hospital to anyone seeking medical care.
