Orbit Hotel - Hotel in Gaya - Gaya, India

For the price and convenient location, it's hard to find a better place. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, with good hospitality and they offer very nice service. The place just needs some new paint and it would look a lot better but the beds are clean and comfortable.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms need to be cleaned and maintained. Bed was awful and hard in one room and the other room had nice soft cushion bedding. Food was good. Walking distance from the railway station. They have contact to the Bengal bhawan and helped us with getting the auto early morning as well.

This hotel is very old property where rooms are spacious Toilet are not maintained except for the staff all other facilities are below average. However the location is good walk able distance from railway station. Restaurant is costly however near the entry there is restaurant which is good . Only benefit there is lift facility.

Hotel is just 150 mtr away from the Gaya Railway station. Hotel is situated nearby the main road. Room services are good. Room is big and feeling like home stay. Bathroom is dirty, need to improve.

Room size good with balcony, everything available in room like towel,soap,mineral water(complimentary),etc.Bathroom need to be clean,flush in the bathroom had continues running water. Location is good very near to Rly.Station.

Rooms are not good. AC in the party area not working properly. When power goes, no quick backup it takes 2-3 mins for generator to on. Service was also bad. I have been going in this restaurant since 20 years when it was name with Siddhartha. I think there are using AC of ages and no paints in rooms. Furnitures also very old.

I stayed here only for one day, Before booking I called to hotel reception and asked them about our arrival that we will reach there at 10-11 AM so will you be able to provide accommodation before check-in time (12 PM) , they gave us the confirmation so we book the room. But when we reached there their staff told us they do not have booking and they were very arrogant. Somehow I managed by calling goibibo. But again they refused to give us the room before 1 PM. Waited around 3 hours and finally got the room. It was very difficult to search this hotel, no one knows by name. however its very nearby to railway station. I would suggest to avoid this hotel because of pathetic service and rude n arrogant staff.

Overall the stay was fine everything was good. Room quality, services, staff behavior was all good. Only the cleanliness was the little bit issue, rest all good. Also property requires some maintenance.
