Very slow service and food quantity per serving has reduced significantly as compared to earlier. Overall, a waste of time and very unprofessional staff. A dhaba can be a good alternative to this place.

A good place to hang out with friends but fails to impress in terms of food and snack as its expensive and of low quality Ambience is good, service is prompt but food to avoid. Snacks are tasteless and the main course is so so. Highlight of the place is Hookah and the music . Wont repeat as the price doesn't match with food

In Moga city, hotel location is good but room rent is very high. Good things 1. Good location 2. Clean rooms. 3. Good room space. Bad things 1. Lesser staff. 2. Delayed service. 3. Early morning room service not available. 4. Front desk person not so capable to handle customers properly, communication abilities are very low.

Best place to stay in moga 1) service given by staff is lazy slow. 2) food in restaurant was good and tasty. 3) night club is a gem on roof top. 4) but bathrooms don't have enough hot water, to be exact only 1 mug is delivered by geyser so god be with you in winters and i don't know how that will fill the bath tub. 5) Cleanliness is not given importance.

Restaurant is best bt rooms are pathetic

Poor service...1. didn't get menu for 15 mins 2. Ordered wheat beer tower.. only taste no alcohal.. 3. Poor quality of food. 4. More focused on ambiance rather than service n food..

Probably the one of the most ill maintained hotels I've stayed in. Unfortunately had to stay here for 4 nights as it was booked by our business clients. The sheets were filthy, disgusting and had stains all over them. We had to buy bedsheets from a nearby shop to avoid sleeping on the dirty beds. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned for nearly a month. The bathroom was another nightmare. Food was the only saving grace but still quite expensive for a place like this. Avoid !

Ordinary food. Nothing had any distinct taste. We had tandoori chicken, seekh kabab, mutton bhuna and dal. The kabab was terrible and tasted like spiced rubber. Only mushroom do piaza and rotis were decent. And the beer was well chilled. Staff was courteous. Card machine also not working. Overall disappointing.
