Title: A Disappointing Experience at Orbit Eye Hospital Orbit Eye Hospital, a place where vision should be the focus, left me deeply disappointed, and I'm compelled to give it a one-star review. Completely not wheelchair friendly or heart patients or elderly and pregnant women, as there is no lifts and staircase are so spiral and dangerous and narrow, so careful and do it at ur own risk. Let's start with the staff. To put it bluntly, their attitude is far from ideal. Arrogance, ill manners, lack of cooperation, inattentiveness, and a general disregard for the patient's experience seem to be the norm here. It's baffling how such an attitude can persist in a place that should prioritize patient care. There's one standout character in this dismal narrative, and if memory serves me right, her name is Fiza or something similar. Interacting with her is a painful ordeal. You'd probably choose to face a pit full of dangerous and poisonous creatures over having to deal with Fiza! While the facilities are impressive, it's hard not to wonder if they're funded primarily by the patients themselves due to the exorbitant costs. But the most concerning aspect is the sheer uncertainty surrounding the treatment. It's like being in the dark, never knowing what's happening or when it will happen until it's already occurred. In conclusion, Orbit Eye Hospital is nothing short of a letdown. The staff's attitude and customer service are woefully inadequate, overshadowing any positive aspects. It's a place where you might get exceptional eye care but at the cost of immense frustration and disappointment.

A great place for your complete eye care. Dr Amjad Umer is awesome. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful! Very efficient. I got LASIK done for my relative. The experience is smooth.

It's a one stop hospital for all your eye diseases. Dr.Amjad is very humble,calm and very experienced doctor Staff is also very co operative they make you very comfortable Treatment is best I can say They also have a small Pharmacy and section which is dedicated for specs and sunglasses

Dr.Amjad and the entire staff is really amazing, very co-operative, ensures the patient is comfortable and very supportive. Dr Amjad is very calm and polite and the treatment plan is also explained properly. I got my lasik surgery and my mother's cataract surgery done here. 10/10 recommend this place for any eye related treatment or consultation.

Very totally professional setup. I had got a family member's cataract treated here 3 yrs ago and was very happy with the care & treatment got. Again when i had an eye procedure to be done; i preferred going to Orbit Eye Hospital. This time Zartash from the team was very professional and explained the procedure in greater detail with various options and pricing. The staff is very courteous & professional. What i liked was the follow up done for the appointments.The pleasant & spacious ambiance does not create any stess. Dr. Amjad is very courteous and is an expert eye doctor. Orbit is one of the good eye hospitals in Mumbai. Good infrastructure, clean and hygienic, very well streamlined, minimum waiting time, very systematic service, fantastic and curtious Staff. Overall very good service. Dr Amjad is the best. Simple and caring. Highly recommended hospital.

Very unprofessional set-up. Absolutely illiterate optometrist. Visited then to get my sons eye checkup and she somehow kept on forcing him to read without glasses on prompting she told I'm checking that can he read H or not (my sons is 10 yrs old and in 6 grade). After dilation they didn't care to do proper check and initially recommended wrong number proposed by machine. On insisting again by wife (as she is an optometrist from AIIMS) they checked the number manually and it ended to be different from earlier suggested number. Not worth visiting and preferably go to a better doctor who are serious about their patients health.

I had visited this hospital in 2019 for an eye problem. Dr. Amjad and team did the treatment and my eye was fine. Before visiting this hospital, I had visited another hospital in Goregaon West but that doctor suggested to do operation. Dr. Amjad healed my eye without any operation. I had a very good experience in this hospital. I highly recommend this eye care centre. Thank you Jesus for keeping my eyes safe.
