Management should improve their quality of service. The room is affordable. But hygiene is a big question during our stay. While we arrived no change in bedspread and pillow covers. Once we asked for it, they replaced it with a worse one than before. You can see the picture of the bath towel they have provided. If you are staying with your family, my suggestion is to prefer some other place.

Dirty, full of rules, rude staff. Not suitable for foreign standards. Filthy. Better to go to a hostel like The White Balcao also in Panjim

My experience with this house is very bad. If anything is going wrong in room OR anything is not working then instead providing solution to you they starting blaming. So I am recommending you please check your room carefully before check in, like switches, bathroom water, TV and all the bathroom tabs are working or not.

No hygiene. The main entrance door will be shut before 12pm. You need to knock on the door to get somebody to open it. The staff give really bad vibes.

The trouble here is that check out is 9am. and the neighbors 'dog barks continuously. Otherwise I won't find fault with this lively basic g. h. Good Wi-Fi downstairs, nice fan rooms, pleasant neighborhood . Walkable to and from big bus stand.

Leave aside the rooms but the problem is pathetic staff who are literally sitting to disobey you even you being a regular customer. Just because I am helpless this time have to sustain their behaviour or else this kind of attitude is simply unacceptable in hospitality industry.
