Beautiful resort but again location and accessibility are the issues. Rates are high but quality of foods were excellent. I enjoyed my stay there.

A good place to relax and the menu is so good

Its not that type what I was thought . Bt Nature and view is amazing. Rooms are not good, please renovate it, because renovate needed most. And service boy are not professional make them and teach them how to treat a guest. It's not value for money. Plzzz make them all right.

We, 4 adults and 1 child, stayed in this property during 2022 independence day vacation. The stay was splendid and would highly recommend to others. The hotel staff was very polite and welcoming. They organised several cultural events like Chaau Dance, Jhumur Dance along with pool party during this period. We opted for all meal package and buffet was hygienic and tasty. They have dedicated kids area and huge lawn. The property will give you a royal feel. Washroom was renovated recently though the admin need to do few more improvement on door locks. We faced minor issue using door lock which was taken care by the staff promptly. Initially we booked a different hotel for this trip. But when spoked to Hirak Roy, Operation Manager, he convinced us to check this property once as several cultural programme will be organised during this period. So we cancelled our booking with earlier booked hotel and stayed here and believe me it was a great decision. So special thanks to Mr. Roy. Just a small suggestion to the admin please try to relocate your buffet section away from the pool. I would like to recommend this offbeat part of purulia as well as the property as a weekend destination. Hope we will revisit again in near future.

First of all....IT IS NOT A 3 STAR PROPERTY..... Don't go on the pictures....the rooms are pathetic.....not maintained at all....broken lights...broken switches...torn our blankets...torn out wallpapers....dirty washrooms with of course broken taps and shower....this place needs a renovation..... The service and staffs are so so....the food was nice no issue with the food....but there was not that much of variety...like the tandoor was missing..although they had it in the menu but couldn't make it.... The swimming pool was broken and dirty needed to be clean everyday... Overall this place really needs a renovation.....
