Very good area/environment to see Just lacks facilities
At the time of this review, this place has a deplorable chairman (atleast claims to be) who is a poor excuse for a human. He has no decency is dealing with guests to the villas housed in the society. Pathetic.
It is a second home away from your city home. When I come here then I do not want to go home ( in hectic traffic ) for two days. Lush Green surrounding and a very long ( 750 Mts ) walk way. Very nice and safe place to stay for a night and two days stay. If you have your home here then gardening and other adventures like going to surrounding mountains is fun ! If you are tired during the day then swimming in a pool is good experience in evening.
Situated out in the serene countryside overlooking the mountains. This place has 3bhk bungalows with terrace, which makes a perfect weekend home away from the city hustle. Have a best time when fog makes it's way in winter !!
Good week end home Three place is easily accessible as it is located along the highway. It is about 2:30 hours journey from Mumbai If you plan to go by public transport, the Kasara railway station is closest and connected well. There are sharing rickshaws available outside the railway station. You may plan to take a personal auto rickshaw if you do not want to wait which will take you directly to Orange City. It is a big complex with NA plots and developer planned bungalow complex sprawled across a huge area The orange city co operative housing society maintains the whole complex with good facilities. At the main gate you will encounter the security where you have to enter your details and purpose of visit. When you enter the premises you will see that all the properties have been coloured in various shades of orange making it a sight to behold. The internal road are lined by gulmohar trees. The bungalows have attached lawns giving an overall pleasant appearance. The club house has a well maintained pool of variable depth and a kids pool. The sparkling water is very inviting and provides a good great to relax and unwind. The club house also has indoor games like cartoon and take tennis. The kids play area along side allows the parent to enjoy while the children keep themselves busy. There is a jogging track, an amphitheatre, lawn tennis court, and volley ball court to go along with. It is a good place to hang out for overnight and one day picnics, and for those who like solitude can find their peace, as the property is surrounded on three side by mountains and give a pleasant atmosphere. The views are simply breath taking in the monsoons.
