WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The level of Respect to customers is inversely proportional to the crowd in the restaurant. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala but was given a masala with fried chicken in it. When confronted the service person, he told me that IT IS chicken tikka masala. Upon insisting again, he said he will check with the cook in the kitchen but didn't bother to check with anyone and simply started to do other work. We had no other choice than to eat the same food as we were hungry as it was late in the afternoon and also we had travelled far just to have food here in this restaurant. I tried to escalate the issue but nobody cared. Such a WORST customer service. It was highly disappointing to be treated badly even though we pay a premium amount for the food and service. People working in the Restaurant should learn that customer service is more important than the food!

Decent food and good service. But the tables, chairs, floor and footmats were quite dirty when you look closer and it's not kid friendly.

A beautiful place to dine in. It has a very good view of tea estate. Food quality and its taste are excellent. All of this at a reasonable cost.

Right now in this worst restaurant i have ever seen. I came here by 2.30 pm and the service person came near our table by 3.00 pm. Service is really worst. Later the glasses smelled like fish. I have visited this place earlier twice the taste was nice, now it is really not good. No manager was there, just 2 waiters was serving 10 tables. Finally our bill came by 4.00 pm The total experience was horrible.

Its located aroung 4 kms from Kothagiri on the route to Ooty. Food was good. Room was also good. But could have been better. Cleanliness wise, I feel they could have done a better job, especially the area below the bed.

Nice restaurant located on the way of ooty to kotagiri. Tasty food and nice ambience nice view of tea estates, hill and valley. Service is average. Rates are little high though it's in remote area. But worth visiting for.tasty.food.

Great place nested on the Kotagiri Road as well as it's right in the middle of a tea garden. Good Vegetarian and Non Veg food. We ordered Rotis and Veg curries which were good quality. Service and staff are satisfactory. You can also find a shop selling handcrafted merchandise in the hotel. There a car parking available opposite to the hotel. There is a nice lounge within the restaurant too.

Nice hotel with good food and great ambience.
