Orange fitness club - Gym in Chemperi - Kannur, India

This is the only Gym in Chemperi. They offer different services.The trainers here are ok and polite. Their training is also good. This gym is a small building filled with little space. They only have some equipments. There are no more than one equipment of same type. There is no rest room or toilet.

Very good service and positive approach by trainers.... result oriented experience also...I am proud to have a gym like this in my home town with so many facilities.... Highly recommended

it's an ok gym, not anything special. pros : location some decent free weights cons: it doesn't worth the 700-a-month fee opening timings lack of some basic equipment, got just one treadmill, to use you need to pay 200 extra, no cross trainers, manual bikes, no cardio machines, these are just the basic needs in a gym. machine weights need maintenance as most of them lost their resistance .you can notice a sudden increase in your lifting capacity when you use this gym, it's not because you suddenly become stronger, it's the machines. you could say that for a small village, it's adequate, which may be true but it definitely needs some fitness machine additions, especially cardio machines to attract the older population. It's currently focused on young lads who like to do bodybuilding more than fitness.
