I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience at Hotel Orange Eye Resort. Based on my understanding, the service didn't match the committed tariff, and the overall experience was very poor. It's essential to share your feedback through a review to help others make informed decisions about their stay at this hotel. The service was so bad that even basic amenities like water were not provided in the room. I advise against staying there to avoid wasting your money.
Although it's a great resort, but it's lacks proper management. I was there for a function, we booked the whole resort for 2 days, I have somethings to share about it. First, the rooms were good, except for 3-4 rooms in which the AC's were not installed and few were not working. And food was seriously barely acceptable for the price. I don't recommend booking the whole resort. It's better if you book 1-2 room for your family.

Service is good. Staff are very cooperative. Polite behaviour. Maintaining proper cleanness. Foods are little bit expensive. Overall pleasant stay. But location is far away from city. For conveyancing one has to purely depends upon CAB/AUTO. hotel also arrange car on request.
The place is nice but they have to teach their staff some manners plus should keep in check for cleaning and maintenance and property is bit inside from the main road
It was a good stay housekeeping and staff was too slow but yet it was a good experience
