Worst experience , I got my hair keratin treatment they damaged my hair and after treatment its start falling alot . Very unprofessional people and cheap products they use they are just after money i was telling them that i coloured my hair just few days ago they still offer me to get it done when my hair got damaged after the treatment then they blame on the hair color their Master is non professional . Dont even bother to think about them .

Pathetic Service. Hospitality is very bad. The owner Gurinder is an arrogant and rude person, didn't like the way he talk with his customers. Also receptionist is really bad. They commit something and don't deliver. WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!

Poor service. Already made an appointment but on reaching there, they told me to wait for another 3-4 hours. Not recommended. Wasting customer's time

I got keratin treatment a few days back and after one wash my treatment wore off and my hair became as they were before treatment. I am not at all happy with their after service also. When i went back to tell them that this has happened to me , they told me to just wait for few more washes and i did exactly the same but nothing happened and the texture of my hair only got worse. I went again to ask for the solution and they again tried to make a fool out of me. I am literally feeling cheated on right now because they took 5000 rupees just for 2 days of straight hair Which is very funny and they had given word of mouth that it will last for atleast one year but it did not last even for 3 days. Very unhappy and feeling cheated by orane. Dissatisfied with the brand and their employees.
