Overall good stay, hygiene is an issue, staff are not professional, food is not at all good, location is near beach but totally out of city, property is good but less maintained
Though away from the beach, it's a nice property but not maintained.. The door of the shower unit is broken and a very filthy polythene curtain is placed, which allows water to come on the floor.. Window of the bathroom was broken too..AC remotes were not functional. The housekeeping staff had to adjust the temp manually The linens were also far from being fresh, especially in lounge area downstairs..The need for proper maintenance is must! Hope the owner should not allow bad reviews to come in for such a nice property, lacking adequate maintenance..Gave 4 Star rating because of poor maintenance
First of all its shame to call it Sea view. Only from a top small corner of the window one can see sea far away. Its a duplex with living area on the ground and bedroom on first floor. Its not as luxurious as shown in the pics. I checked in at 2 pm, both the ACs in living and bed room were not working. They have split ACs in the rooms. I complained at reception and went out immediately. When I came back at 9 pm, no action was taken to rectify the ACs. After complaining again, they could not rectify it and I decided to check out. I booked another hotel nearby and moved out. Not value for money.
The property is just a stone throw distance from the beach. The cottages are G+1 are plush and had amenities like, Two TV's, two bathrooms (only one has shower) sofa set, kitchenette, microwave oven, Cutlery, Fridge, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, two split air conditioners, balcony on the first floor. There is a small common swimming pool which is surrounded by the cottages. Room service is awesome and the breakfast was too good !!! The only con is, its very expensive even in non-season.. The rates in the season are too much high...
Rooms are clean and good as shown in photos. 2 mins from beach. Small pool with projector. Staff is good. Food depends on taste. Not all dishes are good at one place, also food nowadays are ordered from delivery apps so not much of issue. Nice overall
Beautiful place. The property as such as not big has just few rooms. And that is the beauty of it. The rooms are huge, comfortable, clean linen. We stayed in the king villa which has 2 bedroom a sitting room and kitchen. And to top it all have ifb dryer. Which is a big blessing because u r always on the beach and especially during monsoon season. The staff is very helpful. The place is in a small backlane but the beach is just 2 min walk
Overall, a veryy decent place to stay. However, it is extremely expensive. Overall, they have a very small pool and only 4 pool view chalets and the property is really really small. However, the pool view chalets are really beautiful and spacious with all amenities inside. They staff is really really courteous and helpful.
A beautiful property on walking distance from the beach. Although property and it's pool is small but their services and delicious breakfast will not disappoint you. I stayed in Family King Suite for two nights and it was fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, modular kitchen, dinning table, living space with sofas, two bedrooms.. overall very spacious suite for a family.
