I had frozen shoulder and lower back pain problems. I joined Optimum Physiotherapy clinic and after 2-3 days I got relief from pain. I have completed course of 1month on doctor's advice and now I am free from all the pains and feeling excellent. Doctor pays personal attention on the patient and get it done all the relevant excercises under his/her supervision. 2 months ago I had met with an accident having serious damage in my knee. I had to undergo an ACL surgery along with meniscus tear and also fractures in my tibial portion. I started physiotherapy 20 days back with Dr. Abhijeet and has seen tremendous improvement in my knee movements. Im now able to fold the legs at full stretch and able to ride bicycle.
