Optimum Fitness is a place where I get proper guidance regarding my workout. All equipments are available. The Owner, Gym Trainers and other staff are very cooperative. I enjoy all activities which are run here such as HIIT, CrossFit, Spinning, Zumba and so on. This gym provides familiar atmosphere. My day does not complete without doing workout at Optimum Fitness.
Gym is where you should feel like going and keep going. I started going to Optimum Fitness as it would be temporary but now it's a habit . Gym staff and trainers are extremely helpful. I have lost 14kg within 9 weeks with help of Rahul Vaghela (personal Trainer). Million thanks to Rahul and whole staff.

The gym has a great selection of modern equipment, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The trainers are highly skilled and offer guidance and support to help me reach my fitness goals. The atmosphere at the gym is welcoming and inclusive, and I always feel comfortable working out here. The membership options are reasonable, and there are different tiers to choose from, depending on your needs.

My day is not complete unless I work out at Optimum Fitness.
I really find this gym up-to-date in all aspects. The services provided by management are really appreciable. Equipments are on the mark and trainers are so supportive and knowledgeable. Finally, the most appealing factor for me is the gym environment; really I enjoy my workouts here the most. I would like to request all fitness enthusiasts to visit the place at least once so that they can have a better insight about the Gym.
It is definitely the best gym in town. The staff, the trainers and the ambiance are at it's best. For me, Rahul sir has been an inspiration. He is truly the best trainer, fitness mentor and guide. With him, you would always feel energetic and enthusiastic about what is gonna be coming the next day. I would definitely recommend everyone to get his guidance and advice through their fitness journey.

Power of one fitness is one of the best gyms in Anand, Gujarat. I have taken personal training program (under Arjun Sir). The trainers are very attentive and skillful. I would highly recommend Power Of One Fitness gym.
