This gymnasium is placed at second floor near vrudam hospital and of two floors in which second floor is full of cardio and leg machines whereas first floor has upper body exercise machines. At first I wasn't expecting that trainer would be helpful but after day by day experience they proved me wrong and they were very helpful and had a great expertise in this field. Every equipment were available. This fitness house is totally worthy
Gym has well trained fitness trainers and staff is also very helpful and friendly. Place is big and they have all kind of gym equipments. Highly recommend this place if you are planning to start doing gym or you are already pro then this place has everything to offer you for your training.
