Wish could give negative negative stars.... Zero professionalism...Being a Doctor myself, This is the worst experience I've ever felt. Pathetic service rude and irresponsible staff. Very cheap hospital, there is no extra bed for the person who is there with patient! Only one small chair is there , How can a person sleep whole night on a chair? And charging money like they are giving every facilities.Terrible experience unprofessional staff or i can say uneducated staff don't know how & when take rounds.poor hygiene bathrooms,patients clothes & bedsheets are very dirty...front desk staff siddhesh found the stupidest person no sense at all ..goon... I can suggest just don't admit ur patient here... if they can behave like a insane with a doctor then how can they deal with the patients... Plz don't visit this pathetic place

Really had an awful experience at the hospital.. At the name of hygiene u can't expect bare minimum from them. The distance between patient's bed and attendant's is not per protocol. The staff is not at all attentive and concerned for patient's. The IV monitoring is even expected from attendant's. The washroom's condition is too terrible. The flush wasn't in working state.. The infrastructure is in worst position. The lifts are so horrible. Will never ever recommend this to any patient. Being a doctor myself we weren't treated in proper way. I can't imagine the plight of normal people. The IPD notes are way too manipulated to extract money from mediclaim. No proper rounds of dr and RMO is there.. Proper measures should be taken by Administration to get this corrected.

In this world god has sent his angles everywhere in various forms and Doctors are one of those, Thank You to OPTILIFE HOSPITAL (Dombivli East) they are taking care of patients from 2016 and we are blessed to have a trusted care around us. My Dad was hospitalized recently on 11th July 2023 being his age 74 years we were so relaxed seeing this care and sync at hospital. Coordination absolutely incredible, right from admission till date of discharge Mr. Siddhesh and Mr. Baliram had played a vital role in whole process. Thank you team for this care, in-spite of managing both office and hospital schedule, we were relaxed.

The optilife doctor told us to go by your own to do sonography at utkarsh hospital and when we went there utkarsh staff said we don't have any appointment from optilife today and doctor is not available today... so again optilife staff told us to comeback and we will give you appointment after some time to any other sonography centre.... so they are not serious about there patient.....and one of there lady doctor said your patient is stable so what is a big deal, if there is no big deal so why you guys don't give dischage.... Worst hospital for treatment and I request everyone please don't come here...they just want get money from there patients,

pathetic hospital & staff....No Hygiene.. unprofessional staff....Using dirty clothes for patients..no cleaning at all,nurses are unexperienced & don't have manners...management zero...front desk staff siddhesh have zero knowledge....room & toilets very bad...don't visit this hospital

Almost all stuff are not professional. Inside the room have full of mosquitoes. Use semidelux room for cloth, dish cleaning and use bathroom and sleeping along with patient ! Blood, x-ray, all test are doing from outside lab and billed 3 times higher. Also all medicine are local made company, very high price, need to be purchase from attached shop. Food is worst than street food. Very poor administration, not all documents are clear. For all cashless mediclaim, they intentionally add some product from their medical store and billed patient additional heavy amount. That's all, Think twice.

My overall experience at the hospital is really good. All the doctors are really helpful and explain the issues and treatment in detail. We really appreciate the care and assistance provided by the doctor, nursing & administrative staff and other helping staff (Mausi and wardboys). My Dad's recovery and good health are the joint efforts of everyone. Heartfelt thank you to all.

All the Doctors and Staffs are good. Genuinly the Hospital people cares and treatment well i can say about the cleanliness and taking care of patients which is really good. This review is to know the people who wants to know the Hospital treatment. But this is my personal view regarding the Optilife hospital.
