Best jewellery designs..i like it .but hallmark charges are high . Good place to have good collection of jewellery. They offer eatables to everyone. Like .... Tikki ...fruit chat.......tea..cofee...water bottles....their staff is very cooperative...is is many storey jewellery shop....on every storey there is one washroom. It should be more. This is not a shop but showroom of jewellery ..aur we can call it mall of jewellery.. we purchase our whole. Jewellery from here. Even my wedding jewelry was also purchased from here. I like their way of treating customers. But I don't like bargaining. So price should be genuine. Hallmark prices should be excluded. Only making charges should be charged. Any way designs are upto your choice..there is abundance of jewellery in traditional and modern designs..i like purity of their gold. But they should provide 23kt jewellery with hallmark. It will enhance their authenticity. I am attaching few pixs of my jewellery. My sisters also buy jewellery from here since many decades..their ancestors also liked this jeweller. My sister has so much articles of traditional jewellery made by them.

Today I bought gold jewelry from OPS Karnal .They own 3 stores in Karnal by the money they loot from people on the name of hallmark charges. Fixed government price of hallmark is Rs 45. However, they charge 10% of the the total amount as hallmark charge thinking customers are fool and wouldn't enquire about this. Many famous jewellery shops like Tanishq, Kalyan etc only charge gold price, making charge and GST which is easy to understand. But they charge gold price + 10% hallmark charge + 250 Rs per gram as labour charges + 10% polish charge + GST and god knows many more such uncountable components. Even on bill, they don't mention 10% as hall mark charge, they mention it as making charge. But then what is polish charge and per gram labour charge.

We are purchasing gold at time of my grandmother my mom marriage and my marriage my . Very good and trusted.if a children will go for purchase they will give same quality and right price.

I have secretly captured the information where they have charged 10% as hallmark charge and will be putting on twitter and every social media platform. Someone has to do something otherwise they will keep on scamming innocent people and their hard earned money.

Worst experience at ops . They charge rate of 22 carat for 18 ct jewelry . Making charges are very high. In jerkin item they charge gold rate for jerkins which are very cheap.and at the time of buyback they cut the weight of jerkin for which gold rates were charged . In all they make you fool . Most people donot have knowledge of carat they make full use of this short knowledge of people make fool of people. Never buy jewelery from here .
