Hii this side is naved I have used reno5pro and this phone is out of warranty n I faced problem line on display..I visit my nearest service centre Muzaffarnagar and my handset submit for 7 days but my problem solved with in days and no pay any changes set repaired free of cost. Service is too good and service is very wonderful

I had never seen like that behavior of any mobile company service center. oppo services is pathetic, horrible more n more can't explain in word. I don't know her receptionist name. She was talking like that she is owner of oppo company. My phone A74 was fount net work issue. Suddenly network was not work mobile was in warranty period. I have submitted in service center in muzaffarnagr kamal talkies. It will take 14days to repaire. I am living in delhi. When I sent to some to collect my phone through receipt. They asked otp which on received on my whatsapp no.but my phone was dead how can use whatsapp. After that they sent text however text is not received. In-between their receptionist talking with bed manners. I request to you kindly guide you staff to how to talk with customer. First one it was your fault your product was not working. Where I paid 17000 on your product its my hard earned money. Thanks
