I got my phone screen fixed today after breaking it in to see a quote and other options I had. The two men and women I dealt with were absolutely amazing. My phone was fixed and done by within a hour. All in all I had such a pleasant experience.
Highly recommended, service with a smile. They was extremely helpful and friendly and went and beyond to make sure my phone was set up for me even although their shift was about to end. We were impressed with the service and advice they gave us.
The staff who serves me today gave me an exceptional customer service. She served me in a really polite manner, explained me everything and very friendly service. I got my phone screen replaced in just over an hour - was very impressed.
Outstanding service. I must say that person I spoke to at the centre took time in being patient in explaining all the features, answering all my questions and super knowledge about the phone. Iam happier with my phone now after visiting the service centre.
