OPPO Exclusive Showroom & Service Center - Cell phone store in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

Very Good Experience. Friendly behaviour from Staffs. Good atmosphere & Quick Service, thus very less waiting time. I could see someone writing a review, like " I reached there by 6PM and they didn't accept my service request", See I am using Oppo since 2015. Since then I am aware that the Service centres will be accepting the service requests only till 5PM. Last time I reached there at 4:30PM and they have repaired my phone within 1hr. They too have a work schedule, we must understand that. So reach on time rather giving irrelevant comments.

I visited the service center with the oppo Reno phone the battey issue, the service center executive suggested to do software then only they can identify software issue or hardware issue but i am worried about my data but the friendly staff guide the data sync to google and issue resolved the same day, very satisfied with oppo service staff behavior thank you oppo Aluva team

It was a good service. The complaint of my phone was that phone's display was cracked. It was fixed immediately. The staff was well behaved. So comfortable to explain our problem.

Very bad service..The service staff there also says that if you don't like their service, go to another service center. That is their commitment to their customers

They are not interested to extend the service. By 6pm the shop was partially closed. They said shop is accepting customers till 5 pm. I don't why they didn't update it in Google. How someone can trust and by OPPO brand phones if the service is so difficult?
