Today I have visited here for a haircut, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Mr. Suman was my stylist, and their expertise truly stood out. They took the time to understand my preferences and gave valuable input on what would suit me best. The customer service was top-notch. Visited the salon for balayage + keratine treatment. The service is very good and hairdresser Nilabh did an amazing job on my hair. The staff is friendly and they offer wide range of services. This salon is unisex salon. Will definitely recommend this salon and will visit again soon.

This was my first time visiting this place for global hair color but I must say it was really my worst experience as I couldn't see any professionalism in them. The hair dresser was very courteous but had no idea about the colors and periods it require for root touch up... He himself was so confused about it. Plus he has not covered my complete hair sections in details I could see many grey hair after returning back to home. Hair coloring and clean up is just a mere procedure of max 2-2.5 hrs but they took around 5 hours for it. I could see them wasting time in arranging things and depending upon one another for small things. Overall they need professional trainings rather making money by fooling PPL around.

I visited Opera prime for the first time after seeing the good reviews on Google. I got my haircut done , they did an amazing work. Staffs were friendly and professional but one drawback is they don't have power supply backup. We had to wait for the current to get the services done which wasted our lot of time. Need to improve in this aspect. Rest the services were good.
