Excellent stay. We have hired two deluxe rooms for two nights. Room were very spacious and clean. Very nice property. Well maintained. Staff is very cooperative. Good hotel for family. It was amazing stay.

Hotel Opera Inn simply wow.. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel at srinagar kashmir, and it was nothing short of a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The hotel's attention to detail is truly commendable. Every corner exudes elegance and sophistication, and the interior design is a blend of modern luxury and classic charm. My room was a sanctuary of comfort, offering breathtaking views and all the amenities one could wish for. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff members are not just attentive; they anticipate your needs with a genuine desire to make your stay unforgettable. The culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurant were a gastronomic journey, leaving my taste buds in awe. The hotel's location is also ideal, providing easy access to the city's attractions while offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle.

I don't know how people are giving good reviews but we had a terrible experience for a single night stay. The room wasn't clean . Toilets were smelling despite raising it as a concern. TV remotes weren't working . Morning breakfast hardly had any options. Lift weren't operable and had to carry a 7 month old for 4 floors. We were charged 10 times more than what the room was worth. Will never visit again!!!!

The hotel staff is very friendly and offer instant service to its customers. They provide help and support 24*7. They provide finger licking food in North Indian style.

We stayed for a day. The hotel is high tech with lift and automatic lights. Rooms are good. Special mention to the staff, very humble and helpful. Quick room service. The hotel is made and run very mindfully for the comfort of its guest. I recommend it.

It was a satisfactory experience at the hotel. The location is near Bemina. It is located at the main road. The entrance is nice. Sitting area is also good. The restaurant appears nice although I didn't eat there. The rooms are well furnished. AC TV and WiFi are also available. Room was comfortable. Washroom was largely good. Room service was okay. Overall a good stay experience. I can consider it on next visit also.

I had a pleasant stay at Opera Inn Hotel. While the room facilities were good, they did show a bit of wear and tear due to their age. The hotel's location, though a bit far from the town center, offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The highlight for me was the delicious food they served, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Very bad experience! Wouldn recommend this place if u r looking for a comfortable stay with family. For the price we pay it doesn't have basic facilities like clean linen, tissues etx. Toilets smell so bad. Even after complaining, just a single spray did not help. The staff may not understand hindi! Food is very average. The breakfast buffet had basic food. Not worth paying for breakfast here. One positive thing was they upgraded us to family suite for free but even then the quality of room is not good.
