Open Kitchen is a big crowded place that means it is popular among people. It was a nice experience for us as a group of 17 people ,we did enjoy their food and hospitality. The restaurant boasts a spacious sitting area, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The interior design is impressive, with a modern and inviting ambiance that adds to the overall dining pleasure. One of the standout features of Open Kitchen is undoubtedly the delicious food they serve. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavors, prepared with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. We had breakfast from here and was quite nice. The clean and classy dining table was commendable. However they could improve cleaning the long windows and try to place fresh menu paper cards for the guests.

I've had the absolute horrible experience after dining here. I've been a frequent customer in the past, but the standards dropped. It's not even subpar. To start with the dish they boast to be their specialty was denied to us, initially they told us we'd have to wait half an hour and upon saying we're willing to wait he cleared that it was unavailable. And we went to the restaurant about 3 hours after opening. Secondly every other dish we ordered was an absolute waste. None of us could stand to finish the food. Not to mention, less than 5 minutes of leaving the restaurant all the kids with us started puking their guts out. And all the adults had an uneasy feeling in the stomach. And the cherry on top was that the service was beyond poor. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, you'd rather dine from some other place or maybe try the new restaurant open down the opposite side of the road.

Iam a regular customer last time visit its a disaster. Feel very hungry choose the restaurant. Its feels like. They have lots of opportunities. *portion size poor *heavy price * no customer experince. Really disappointment... Need to rectify ASAP.

One of the few good family restaurants in kuttikanam. They are really packed during peak hours but they manage the crowd real well with fewer wait times. All the food we ordered was good and tasty.

Service & order placement is on the downside. Dishes are just about average. One dish that came to my surprise was "Dragon Chicken".... It tasted like chilly chicken with carrot. . The place is well furnished, but I really disliked the way some of their dishes taste. Prices are on the Upside. Maybe because it's a tourist destination!!!

We ordered a grill platter, unfortunately it came in a grill infested with ants and flies. They cleaned it but flies were still there. Also served the same food !! The only good thing on their side was room for parking. Damn never again !
