Worst service.. Keep waiting more than 8 hours to consult doctor. No Value of time. Very much disappointed.

Well maintained everything. Hard to adapt the procedures but if you know how things work here it will be very easy for you. Procedures are ideally made to prevent Middle man interference. Staffs are helpful but sometimes they get irritated so quickly.

Here for new appointment you must enter into 600 silver gate and follow the instructions they given, for opd treatments enter through the OPD gate 1 by taking the coloured wrist bands,and only one person with the mature patient are allowed here to enter.

I will give 4.5 out of 5 for doctors treatment and 1 out of 5 for management and 0 out of 5 for coordination between some lab test appointments like MRI,Ultrasound, time taking rests and doctors appointments. Treatment is very good, doctors very clearly and deeply asking about patient problems. Doctors asking whole previous treatment data like up to 20 to 40 years. By previous and present condition treatment is giving. Time taking to see the doctor is to much like for private doctors 2 to 3 hours from the appointment time and for general doctors 3 to 6 hours from the appointment time. Most lab tests are like taking appointments. Except blood and urine test, most all test 1st has to take time slot and based on time slot we has take test. For time slot tests some will get the same day of 2 to 4 hours from booking time and for some tests like MRI, Ultrasound test slot will come 2 to 7 day's from the booking time and all the test results will come from 12 hours to 7 days from test taken time. Compared to the patients crowd seating available is very very less in everywhere like in tests area, payement counters, waiting rooms for doctors etc.

Works exactly like old government office. Nothing special about this doctors. I waited 30 days to meet him he has given scan test for that I have to come again and to show the result I have to come again seriously this is useless CMC seriously a failed model your cross subsidization will not work if you don't do volume based business

Very bad management system. Worse queue handling. You might see the doctor at last inspite of arriving first. Good doctors no doubt. But the huge number of Bangladeshi stink bombs outshadow everything else. Most of them have no regards for rules & regulation. Value for money. Don't show empathy as others rarely return the favour. Overall, Excellent treatment and value for money so 5 STARS for that, & Worse personal experience so 0 STARS for feel good factor. Note: You will often find the staff and security to be extremely rude, offensive and pushy.

In a word... Worst. Our Dhaka Medical far better... Management system very poor... Will never come again.

I was referred by shell eye hospital doctor, to see cardiologist, with specific questions before my eyes surgery. Cardiologist failed to answer her questions. Even though I paid consultant fees, only residents saw me. They couldn't guide me with with hypertension medications. So why go there. I am a physician in the cmc system in vellore. Very bad indeed.
