OPD is well maintained. Not all services are started till now, Developing buildings and infrastructures takes time i hope next year it will fully operational, But one thing is worst is booking system Their application slot is always full never free any slot . And a phone no available but whenever u try call it's busy , I know so many people call at a time that's why call busy but AIIMS authority should focus on it and Find a solution, nowadays booking system is is very taff for kalyani AIIMS , I'm very disappoint for this booking system.
Well maintained, clean but a bit crowded (which is very natural). Maintaing staffs, and nurses also maintain the strict protocol. There are very good doctors in the most of the departments. Overall it's very nice.
Only OPD is running. IPD building construction work is running, it will take time. Administration is poor, required attention. Private security staff s are performing well to serve Patients. Need more staff of Gr- D cat. to run the system smoothly.
It has been a very bad experience. Who ever loves my wellness game in the orthopedic department. Let's go and let's go to Settings. Apart from this, the earlier packet remains sitting and the person who gives the money is simply taken and shown to the doctor. Very dirty knowledge system.
One of the best hospitals. High grade doctors and very minimum charges on tests and reports. Critical care and surgeries are available. One patient told me his life is saved due to AIIMS kalyani. But appointment booking is a challenge.
The booking number which they provided, that is useless, for a booking you should give your valuable money to some of dalals it's around 100 to 150 RS per booking. This is totally correption I think the MD of this facility knows everything but don't take any action on it. There is no AIIMS in who changes money for a booking we see it in Bengal only. We live here with lots of currept people and dalals.
Clean, well maintained... everyone is cooperative, doctors, nurses, even the Group-D staff and sweepers are humble
Kindly change 1 lady volunteer of orthopedic department. She is very cheap & shouting on patients. She very irritating lady.
