I had been visiting this parlour for the last one year.I would like to say this place as one of the best parlors in the area.Very nice atmosphere especially maintaing cleanliness is something really appreciable.The staff being very polite , friendly and also highly professional.I used do eyebrow shaping once in a while. It has often been noticed how skillfully they do even a very small task.Whatever I do, I feel very satisfied.Thank you so much.

Need to be more professional. Had booked an appointment today on 8 Sep at 11:00 AM for a specific hair stylist. Though I reached on time, the particular stylist I had booked had started work for another customer. I was asked to wait for some time. Waited 30 minutes. Then the receptionist told me it will take a lot of time, as the other customer has demanded more services. I was offered another stylist whom I was not comfortable with. What is the point of accepting an pre-appointment if you can't honor it ? Disappointed !! I left without taking service as I had my other appointments to honor !!

I visited the Opal parlour for a haircut and the beard setting. I was very impressed by the neat and tidy perfumed musical atmosphere. Good and smart service of staff. They are professional and attentive to my needs. They gave me a nice haircut and set my beard that suited my face and style. The service was quick and efficient, and the price was reasonable(Rs500). I would say the best Saloon with perfect service in Kunnamkulam town. I went for Hair cut, Beard dressing, Clean up, Head massage. All the services done were very professional. My services were done by Mr Raza and I would rate him 5/5. Face clean up was done by another staff whose name I forward also spot on with his work.Will definitely visit whenever in Kunnamkulam and their workmanship seemed consistent in last 2 visits.All staffs are friendly and professional.
