I visit this place for daily yoga classes. A very peaceful and beautiful place in the middle of nature. The yoga classes with Sir Bharat are very inspiring and empowering. Sir Bharat is a passionate and knowledgeable teacher, full of energy and positivity, always motivating his students to progress in their practice. After a week of daily classes I feel stronger, more balanced and flexible. I recommend this place to all yoga lovers as well as those who would like to get a great introduction to yoga. All the very best to the entire team of Oorja Wellness Centre.

I just love my yoga class with Bharat Sir. He is absolutely fantastic. His yoga techniques are challenging but relaxing at the same time. He has a delicate touch to help you stretch more. I feel completely recharged after his class.It's a fantastic way to get a good workout. Great place, they have yoga classes in the morning and also consultation by doctors. Both the doctors are well known in Goa and are really experienced. You can get ayurvedic treatment here.

Waiting period is awful,you are made to sit outdoors which is probably fine during other times of the year but not in the summer. I had a bad experience, to top it off the non ac massage room was for prepped for me . I think if you value feeling good and want a good overall experience this place is not for you . Edit :I'm only reviewing the pre massage experience here ,not treatments or anything else . Edit:There are other places with trained masseurs ( authentic ayurvedic massages ) and where you get a more professional experience,like the disposable lingerie,being covered with a towel etc for the same price.

Dr Pranav Bhagvat is an amazing doctor . My father who is 87 years old had lost his vision due to glaucoma and the most renowned ophthalmologists of Mumbai had no treatment for him . Thanks to the various treatments given by Dr Bhagvat over a period of 10 days now my father can see . Twice a year we bring my father for treatment to Oorja wellness Centre from Mumbai to Goa . This place is magical . A must visit !!
