Very poor and unprofessional behaviour from the staffs at the reception... didn't allow me to visit my guests from Kolkata...very absurd policy by the Hotel Management..... i physically booked the hotel for my guests in the morning but the receptionist never mentioned about this absurd policy....though they have pasted it in one A4 size paper in a corner...which i admit i missed ....Rather they insists you to visit in their restaurant...to earn a few bucks ...which totally is unethical in my view...i feel cheated ...please try other hotels nearby ...avoid this if you don't want yourself to be embarrassed before your guests
Staff are not educated by the Management "How to behave with Guest". If any visitors visited the room they will continuously call & say at what visitor will go. THIS IS VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY THE MANAGEMENT
Small cost rooms but very well maintained. Worth the price
The hotel staff are not responsive to the customer in terms of housekeeping & the food service is very poor. Overall the behavior of the staff is also not so friendly with the guest., especially the staff of reception speaks in a way too rude tone this is not someone should hospitality background should behave with their guests! We aren't staying there for free! The rooms are good keeping the price in mind but the hotel lacks the hospitality services and friendly behavior with guest. Please improve the service.
The rooms are too small without any ventilation! No amenities like tea sachet and sugar were provided! Rooms and toilet were smelly and no action were taken inspite of informing them 3 times in the reception! Parking is not organised! If you keep your car a bit inside the basement owners of the other cars are called and then you can move your car(we had to wait for 30minutes). Staff are not cooperative!
The staffs were very rude and unresponsive and they were so confused to host a dinner and most of the things on the menu were not available and the receptionist was the rudest of all and the other staffs were rolling their eyes and they were very impatient at everything and the toilet was also dirty, the room was also very small and the overall experience was very bad like very2 bad.
Staff behaviour is very bad they don't know how to treat their guests..
Affordable price room & washroom are well clean and maintained...
