It's just amazing, there is no better place to stay near simliguda. Worth it. Surrounding the cottage is a serene The cottage's position offers excellent privacy, making it a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, the wooden cottage offers a remarkable experience. Its authentic rustic charm, combined with the tranquility of the surroundings, is a true delight for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Despite a few areas for improvement, it serves as a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway.

Had an amazing experience here. Returned home with an extended family. The owner and the staffs working here are extremely friendly and cooperative. It takes less than an hour to reach Deomali and Putsil from the resort, so in a way it's located nearer to all tourist attractions in Koraput. It is a must go place for nature lovers who can stay inside a lush green coffee farm with amazing views from the balcony. They also provide camps, bonfire and barbeque setup.

Had booked the place a few months in advance, but to my surprise we were told on arrival that the cottages we'd booked had been handed over to some other folks due to mismanagement from the owner's end. We'd been during the Durga Puja week and all the other hotels and accommodations of the area were booked. The owner asked us to adjust in the Swiss tent and boy don't get swayed away by the videos posted here, they don't depict the current dilapidated and filthy state of the tents. Although we were provided with some concession in the final bill, but stay got messed up which made the entire experience sour.

It's a wonderful place to chill and enjoy a really off beat place. Having said that, there are a few pros and cons Pros: 1. the staff there are courteous, helpful, sweet and genuinely kind people. 2. The cute cabins and the space is really adorable 3. There is a wonderful coffee plantation that one can walk through anytime! 4. The coffee is delicious and strong 5. The walk up to the property is via fields, plantations and tiny water Brooks for about 800 mts. Currently there is no motorable way to the place (but will be very shortly). 6. The owners are entrepreneurial and have great plans. It's fun to have a conversation with them. 7. They have a shy doberman and a hyper cute rottweiler. Cons: 1. They don't always have snacks and stuff, so carry your own. 2. There would be some insects around and if thats not fun for you, then you might want to reconsider. 3. The walk to the property can be long and can be a little too much for some, so please discuss this properly with the owners and managers . 4. There could be seepage in the rooms and I am not sure about the hot water situation . 5. Some food options etc would be nice as one wouldn't want to walk all the way back. 6. Shouldn't attempt the field route at night without torches etc. I did love the place though.. looking forward to going back soon.

Such a nice place atmosphere is like so green in nature, you can see coffee garden around you . Clam , peace and cool atmosphere. best for Friends and couples as well The view of garden and coffee trees are awesome. If you are planning with your friends and family then you can definitely stay here and grab some natural view of koraput simliguda if you are planning to visit Deomali Koraput district , then this is the place you can stay and visit some nearby places . service 9/10 rooms 9/10 atmosphere 9/10 location 6/10 you have to walk for awhile to get there then you can enjoy.

I stayed here a year ago in December. You won't regret staying here. Their off roading is superb . You can also camp in tents, and it was my first camping experience. Cycling around the estate early in the morning is so energizing

it's a nice place but it's communication is very bad and it's servicing is also very bad . neither this is a very beautiful place n there people were very good .. it's very far from the main road . those have 1-3 yr child don't go there

This resort will make you feel like living in a garden. If you want to get out of busy city life and spend some time with nature then this is the place you need to visit. Every time I visit I get amazing experience. I am so much excited to know that there are lots of exciting amenities are coming to this place.
