I went to get my one plus 5t repaired. However the company has discontinued the device. But their engineer Ayush Sharma helped me recover important data from my phone & saved a lot of hassle. Even though it was not his responsibility he genuinely went out of the day & helped me. Kudos to the team

I visited Oneplus Store Satya Sai Square twice this month. I experienced their staff is least interested in attending Customers. They will not come to you as soon as you enter the Showroom. You have to call them only then they will approach you. Then they will stand with you maximum for 4-5 minutes and then without saying anything they will go. You have to call them again and again for your queries. Never seen such least interested staff in any of the showrooms ever. Felt so disrespectfull. OnePlus TI Mall KIOSK is way way better then this showroom i personally felt. At TI Mall Kiosk Bhaiya attended very nicely and listened very attentively my queries and helped me out. Hope You will see to it and train your staff so that customers feel good while entering your showroom. Thanks

I visited OnePlus store twice in last one month first I change my screen as it was damaged.I reached early due to my office timing but staff was very casual, they do not understand the value of customer time, second time within one month now my phone's motherboard stopped working suddenly so after waiting half hour they told me to either buy new motherboard but we can not repair the same. Worst experience I am OnePlus customer for last four years but I will never buy this phone due to its depreciating quality and staff aittude towards customer.

Really not satisfied with the process,we are working,it's been said first you have to take token and then come next day for the service centre, being into job it's not possible to come as per your schedule, understand the customers time value it's not easy.its been 8months just purchased the mobile.i will not recommend any one to purchase one+

The service of the store was awesome and as well as the behaviour of the staff and knowledge of the staff was great regarding their job.and I was assisted by Azhar and he was quite good at his job and well behaved.
